THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR APRIL 25TH
TF-7 is asking for CERT volunteers to act as victim role players for their 2024 US&R Mobilization Exercise. CERT victims would be victim role players for the team, in a variety of search and rescue scenarios. This helps train and certify for FEMA.
You may be placed in small, dark spaces and asked to remain motionless and quiet to let the search teams locate you. Bring your helmet, eye protection, gloves, CERT vests, and any elbow/knee pads you may need with you. It may be cold, so bring warm clothing.
Meals will be provided for volunteers on site.
For Wednesday April 24th, we do not have a minimum requirement. For Thursday April 15th, we need at least 10 individuals (20 ideal).
This These events have been a lot of fun in the past, and having live victims greatly helps the search and canine teams.
As a reminder, NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO is allowed at the drill sites. All photos/videos taken must be cleared through CERT Operations/CTL before posting to any social media or web site/platform.
